Very concerned and upset wife to see her husband going thru this from adverse side effects of medicine this facility has had him on for years and now have canceled his refill until his next appt! They prescribe medications but then withhold refills until the next appointment, leaving patients without medication for six to seven days at a time. I heard some are having to wait even longer for approvals and such, here recently changes and seems this facility and Dr is losing their touch. Not good for a small town, word travels ... read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the professionalism—or lack thereof—at this office. This morning, I was scheduled for labs with an appointment time of 9:00 AM. I arrived promptly at 9:00 AM, and the front desk representative handed me the paperwork to fill out, which I did immediately. My frustration began when, after I completed the forms, she informed me that I was too late and would have to reschedule! I have seen Dr. Kim Ryan for the past 2 years and will never be again. Went in due to a medication I was on giving me severe migrains she told me that a completely unrelated medication that i never metioned cant do that. She then ran $900 worth of tests that my insurance did not cover and told me I was dehydrated. Stopping the medication I metioned to her as being the problem did resolve my migraines.
