I waited two months to get into the doctor here, and when I got to the doctor the office was closed. I was not notified and was even sent a confirmation message the day prior. The pharmacist had to tell me that this office decided to close and frequently does not notify any of their patients about their closure. So the day after, I call them to reschedule. First Lady responds, tells me to “hold”. I sit there and listen to her breathing for five minutes before I hang up. I call again a little later and am immediately hung up ... read more

READ THIS ONE. Doctor rescheduled my appointment week prior because she was sick. I was scheduled mon at 850am as new patient. I showed up at 852. Receptionist said I would have to reschedule because 30min of new patient paperwork. Two persons in waiting room. Sign on door says hours start at 9am. I run a business and it's very hard to get away because I'm 200% dedicated. I DO NOT treat my clients they way they treatED me. I assume they have a full roster of patients and don't need my business. Horrible service.
