Don't waste your time in this facility, the staff is HORRIBLE If you can't get in to see the doctor before your pain meds run out they make NO effort to work you in. Rachel says she doesn't care, so does Melinda or whoever calls in meds is a hateful, noxious, non feeling, no emotions for anyone dunce. You are not important enough to make a special effort for even if you are in emergency state pain. They don't care for how long you will endure this pain. POOR TREATMENT His nurse makes the visit and future needs extremely stressful and unpleasant. She deliberately annoys you, is very rude, lets you know she does not care anything about you, doesn't even pretend to care nor does she listen. She blames her indifference on YOU. She is NOT a people person, doesn't care about your pain or suffering, she uses your pain to play torment games on you. I would fire her if I were the doctor but he had an affair with her so he leaves her on his staff.

STAFF IS TOTALLY INDIFFERENT Wost hateful women on the face of this earth in charge of his office. If you need your doctor to call you they REFUSE to have him call even if you are in crisis! They are the most indifferent, rude, hateful group of so called professionals on the face of the earth so beware of this if you want to be cared for in a facility that will treat you with care and understanding. They do not care if you fall over dead, are in extreme pain, if you are about to die, they hang up on you!
