what an awful experience with this joke of doctor's office so this Sunday 12/21 I go to the ER I have been diagnosed with strep throat and covid 19 then ER doctors note says oh I can go back to work on 12/24 which I cannot but Luckly I wasn't scheduled anyways and we are closed Christmas at my company but am scheduled for 12/26 but I don't feel good enough to go back until at least next week plus I'm on very powerful antibiotics that mess with my stomach horribly and cannot be at work like that. the ER SPECIFCALLY TOLD ME TH... read more
Excellent place extraordinary care
Scheduled an appointment only for it to be canceled by them, while I was in the parking lot, for the fourth time. Expressed this concern politely to the receptionist on the phone who stated I was lying. Receptionist stated I need to stop scheduling through MyChart despite SSM instructing me to do so, and receptionist wouldn’t let me complete my sentences or speak.
