Cancelled an appointment with several days notice but was denied care later.
Prepare to make refill requests a week in advance. You will have to make multiple phone calls before staff even gets the request to your primary care physician. I have had some really poor excuses for medical care in the past, and I have never experienced this nonsense until now. I wish I had stayed in the city. The medical care I'm receiving here seems pretty awful so far, overall. Just another day in 'Murica.
Just moved down here Couldn’t make my first appointment with Chris Carpenter due to my epilepsy. Advise them that I had a seizure the same day they had called to say it was okay. Now trying to reschedule but can’t bc it’s against their policy to take a no show patient who spoke with them after my episode in advise I wouldn’t be able to make it due to how I feel afterwards wow talking about professional now I see why they say stay in the city for your healthcare !!
