The first stage of my terrible experience started with Dr Gravin pushing a spinal cord stimulator made by Boston Scientific it is put in on a seven day trial. On the last day of trial it malfunction and electrocuted me at full power causing a fall that broke my hip. With getting X-ray of hip tech said great news nothing broke. I think they need an entire new staff and owner they hire elderly people who dont need to be working there anymore and they all look at me cant get my info right half the time stair at me rudely I think the workers need to be patients themselves I dont care how long they've worked there there staff is rude to people and calls authorities on us I dont know how you find these people when you should be hiring people from Washington university and not hire anyone with no money anymore telling it to me and make me feel uncomforta... read more

Avoid unless your desperate. They tolerate medical gaslighting here. Doctors have 0% empathy and refuse to help. I've had chronic issues that have been lasting for years. The only solution the doctor could offer is long term use of OTC products. Complaint department was useless. O had to get homeopathic treatment somewhere else to resolve the persistent symptoms.
