DO NOT SEE NP AMANDA BALDWIN!!!! I am neurodivergent with CPTSD and after being asked to wear a mask for an issue that a mask is not required (I'm an RN I should know, but they didn't know that at the time), I refused and that turned the entire office against me from the start. They ended up being so rude to me I got extremely triggered and they ended up putting false quotes on my medical record among other lies.
