Had a schedule PET scan. Was told to be there at 3:30p.m. Was there at 3:22p.m. The lady at the desk told me I didn’t have a scan today. It will be on September 4,2025 at 9:30 a.m. Then, another lady told me to check MyChart regularly because they charge appointments. Thank goodness, I live close to this place.
Great doctors and convenient Lab-core on main level
Generally terrible service. The nurse apparently didn't know anything about taking basic physicals, asking me things like. "Is this a good blood pressure?" This followed by doctor being short with me and refusing to address concerns that didn't pertain specifically to what i was there for.
Called to schedule a test. Locations nearby didn’t have immediate availability. Ebony called me back with some availability for an additional location relatively close by. I appreciate her!
