Dr politis is a very good doctor. He listens to me and tries to figure out what's going
I’ve been coming to SSM Health (Kisker Rd location) for over 10 years now. The staff has always been wonderful. However, recently, there has been a particular lady named Sherri that answers the scheduling line on the phone that has been extremely difficult to talk to the last 3 times I’ve called. She has an attitude and talks to me like I’m not a smart person and is not friendly. Now when I call, if she answers, I will politely ask to speak with a supervisor or different employee due to her mannerisms on the phone.
Doctors, nurses, and front desk staff are always polite and positive.
