They are extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment for 12:40pm today, I was inside by 12:35 and at 12:55 the desk boy came out and told me I wasn’t able to be helped because it’s their lunch time. I understand they need a lunch but why allow me to make an appointment at that time and when I got there before my appointment they let me sit in the waiting room until the last minute and ask me to leave.
