I was really caught off guard today because after 7 years with the office, I was told that we are we no longer patients. I’m a single mom of 3 and we have been a patient’s there for over 7 years, I’ve never had any real issues until now. Today, I called because I was going to be 5 minutes late due to work and was told that since we missed 2 appointments the previous years that were denied services.
