Today I had an ultrasound of my thyroid. The ultrasound tech that performed my ultrasound was in his third week of clinicals. His name was Jack K. He was so sweet and so kind, and he explained everything. He was caring and thorough and listened to me and then answered all of my questions. I’m so glad to see Someone like him entering into our medical field for the future. Thank you Jack!!!

I would avoid if I were a pregnant mother. I had an ultrasound and repeat ultrasound for my baby at this location. The ultrasound technician ignored my visible pain from pushing into my belly hard (this is not my first pregnancy, so this was beyond normal pressure). We felt like the way she was measuring wasn’t accurate and caused unnecessary alarm over the pregnancy as she said our baby was measuring abnormally small. Kristen in the imaging center was phenomenal. I was so nervous about my ultrasound since having such a bad experience the last time I had one done. She was so nice and answered all of my questions. This girl is great at her job and is outstanding at talking to people to make them feel comfortable. Thank you Kristen!
