Abysmal management. My partner was scheduled for a tilt table test to determine if they have POTS. Not only was the cardiologist. Dr. Abhay A. Laddu rude to them and labeled them as aggressive for not appreciating the condescending tone he took with them, asking why they even want the diagnosis in the first place, but did not schedule the tilt table test that was requested, instead scheduled it as an office visit. Dr Laddu and nurses are fantastic. They saved my life. Front office can be snippy but I overlook them.
The nicest and most competent staff I have ever met. Very positive experience left me feeling safe after feeling a lot of fear about my health.
Had a test 2 weeks ago. The technicians were great. However though I have called, I still do not have results! That's right, in the year 2022 after 2 weeks, I still do not test results. I canceled another test because of this. I will find another provider.
