Went there on 5/27 nurse practitioner saw me even looked in my throat , said tooth abscess, went to my dentist next day no tooth abscess, went to my doctor on 5/28 she saw it right away when she looked in my mouth peritonsillar abscess said if I waited another day would of been in the hospital , WIll NOT Be back here again
Made a quick appointment online. Walked in. Waited 3-4 minutes. Then we were taken back to an examination room, where a Nurse Practitioner WAS WAITING. Discussed symptoms. NP gave a look. Took a throat swab. Waited 5 minutes, and confirmed strep throat. Prescription, instructions and we were on our way. VERY efficient. VERY thorough. VERY friendly. Becareful! Don't expect to pay an Urgent Care fee if going here. They bill as though you're going to the hospital/ER. I was charged $369 dollars for a visit. If I wanted to go to the hospital I would have, its an Urgent Care for a reason. Won't go here again!
Nice facility, no wait, friendly staff, good advice
Giving a heads up that staff is not overly friendly and do not disclose that you will be billed as an ER visit because this location is billed through St Joseph hospital; not prompt care. Don’t waste your time and money here.
