Scheduling is a joke. I had an appoint scheduled for today (April 10th) for THREE WEEKS. I checked MyChart Monday (April 6th) to triple check and make sure I had the appointment time and date correct. I drive an hour to my appointment today and it’s suddenly changed to next Tuesday (April 14th)!! No phone call or MyChart messages telling me they decided to change it all. This is ridiculous. Minus Zero star. I do not know how or why a person who answers phones for these doctor's feel they can raise their voice and stress out a person, creating extreme anxiety. Tracy, the guilty party that works for my doctor, who is paid by my insurance company, needs to be properly trained in patient relationships. This very establishment has caused me to experience identity theft in the past.
