I had a stye on my eye for months I came here to solve the problem but all they did was tell me the same things google said to fix the problem they mad another appointment to get it drained that second appointment it was just a diffrent lady reappearing the same stuff all over agin wasting my time she said they will give us a call when the “doctor” will be there tk get it drained I never received a call back
I just received a call from this clinic a few minutes ago by someone named Sarah that my appointment at Madison West clinic will need to be cancelled because the doctor is out the day of my appointment and that next appointment with him isn't till Feb '26. I want to give a huge shoutout to Lisa Nett at Dean Health Group in Fort Atkinson. On the morning of May 1st, she went above and beyond to help me navigate a last-minute insurance change. Despite not having my updated card, Lisa took the time to look into my coverage and helped me reschedule my appointment so I could verify everything with my provider. My first appointment with Dr. Drummond far exceeded my expectations. He and his nursing staff (Sara) were very thorough and kind, spent time answering all my questions, and Dr Drummond offered detailed follow up care options and instructions.
Love the environment there, extremely helpful nurses and staff. Makes my day better going there, thank you
