I just received a call from this clinic a few minutes ago by someone named Sarah that my appointment at Madison West clinic will need to be cancelled because the doctor is out the day of my appointment and that next appointment with him isn't till Feb '26. My first appointment with Dr. Drummond far exceeded my expectations. He and his nursing staff (Sara) were very thorough and kind, spent time answering all my questions, and Dr Drummond offered detailed follow up care options and instructions.
Love the environment there, extremely helpful nurses and staff. Makes my day better going there, thank you
