Nearly every doctor at dean is rude, condescending and ill equipped to handle complex medical cases or even simple ones. If you want to be taken seriously and actually receive care, save yourself the trouble and go to the UW

I have gotten the best care since becoming a patient of this clinic. From the receptionists, providers, lab techs, everyone has always been very kind, patient, and encouraging. I appreciate it a lot. Thank you!

CAUTION: Dr Rutvi Shah is the only doctor taking new patients right now. Don’t risk it. You’re better off at another clinic with a doctor who doesn’t use their lack of experience as an excuse to deny care and ignore disability needs. Shah would not discuss medications I was currently taking. She did not center my autonomy like I requested based on disability. She claimed a lack of familiarity with commonly prescribed drugs and had no interest in learning or understanding my needs. All I needed was a doctor to help transition... read more

the optometrist and ophthalmologist here are the best team i’ve met, so efficient and quick. They are nothing but kind and helpful - best in the county.
