They took my insurance at the appointment, then let me know after that insurance wouldn’t cover it and my bill was 500 dollars to establish a general practitioner. The general practitioner I established with then resigned 2 weeks later.
I pay for the insurance and they deny scheduling an appointment because I am no long established with a doctor at that office. What are we paying for?
The receptionists are mean here. I scheduled an appointment over the phone for an 11:30 visit with my baby. I arrived at 11:28 and checked in in time for the beginning of the appointment. Soon after that a fat nasty receptionist yelled at me, "We can't see you today!" I had had travel with my very small baby to the clinic, and he was sick. I wept in the waiting room. Great local health services with on site blood draws. Helpful nurses for getting vaccines for international travel too.
I love going there but I can never get in to see my doctor. Booked months ahead. I’m supposed to see my doctor after an urgent care visit for a follow up back in July but can’t get in until Nov. I had an abscess. I think they over book.
