They keep you waiting for hours and hours with no courtesy check. They could at least call ahead and say they're running behind. They should book fewer patients because we wasted several trips for nothing. Completely unacceptable.
Dr. Cooper is my primary care physician, and I truly appreciate the care he provides. He always takes the time to listen and thoroughly explain any questions or concerns I have. I never feel rushed during appointments. I feel heard, respected, and well cared for. Highly recommend!
