I had a very disappointing experience with SSM Health, similar to other reviews I’ve read. I went in for preventative tests that should have been fully covered by my insurance. However, SSM coded the bill incorrectly, and I was left responsible for the balance. After talking with my insurance provider, I requested that SSM recode and resubmit the claim, and was told it would take a specific number of days. The nurses think they are doctors and give unsolicited advice, must have been trained by the UW of Wisconsin. The front desk was rude and took everyone 1st before me because i was a white male. This is a very sic place.
Daniel in the lab is magical and everytime I go and get blood drawn he is always so kind and so efficient and never (using loosely bc never say never) bruises me. Recommend!
