Went in for and annual eye exam, the nurse was very dry and seemed like she just had to be there. The actual exam with the eye doctor took 10 minutes which is very odd. Nothing was explained to me, my prescription was not explained to me, the eye doctor was doing everything so fast he was definitely rushing. This was my first time coming to this clinic since my employer switched insurance to Dean Health. I am going to call for a reevaluation, my prescription seems off. Friday may 8th Paul Matthew's had an apt to get shots in his eyes 30 mim. Passed apt time female dr put numbing drops in refused to let them work befor she told your choice to have pain because I have a meeting to go to or come back he choose to come back he never wants to see that dr. Again
