Frustrating when you call to confirm hours with the front desk and then show up when you say you will, only to find the posted hours don't matter. (We were told no appointment needed.) My elderly mother, who relies on me for rides, and I waited from 1:12-1:40pm only to leave because I had to get back to work from my lunch.
ELLIE was so helpful and even moved her lunch break to help me finish my purchase. So happy with her expertise and the service I received.
The receptionist was fantastic. However, the doctor and her assistant were HORRIBLE. Both were extremely disrespectful and condescending throughout the appointment. I was scolded for not bringing my current prescription (although there was nothing in the appointment details stating I needed to. I DID in fact wear my contacts). After dilating my eyes and completing, what I guess was the exam, I had to sit in the room for 30 additional minutes. The assistant came back in and told me she forgot to take my blood pressure.
