The doctor knowingly gave me an incorrect eyeglasses and contact lens prescription. I had also specifically asked for Acuvue 2, and that he changed to Acuvue Oasys without my request or permission. The latter option is horrid. Terrible contact lenses. I’m thankful to my eye doctor in Janesville for listening to my requests, as I know what works best for me. I brought my 80 year old mom for an eye exam. We arrived, checked in and waited. The doctor was talking to the receptionist. After they finished , my mom was called back for the exam. 15 minutes later, my mom comes out and hands me a paper with a diagnosis. 2 words, no description or explanation. It also included a referral to another doctor. My mom wasnt able to give me any info. I asked the receptionist if I could speak to the doctor briefly.
