My PCP referred me. I received a voice mail from these folks asking me to call to setup an appointment. I called and was on hold for 3 minutes. Called again a couple days later and was on hold for over 10 minutes. No one ever answered the phone.
If you do not have insurance or if you are unsure if your insurance covers this company, stay FAR away. They charge significantly above the average rate. Over $500 for a normal eye exam. There is a common policy of charging individuals significantly more than they charge insurance and well above the actual cost.
Dean Optical has been my go to service for over 40 years. They take such good care of me! I cant say enough positive about their care, choices and help.
