I would like to give the registrar Chantel a "SHOUT OUT" for her excellent customer service and professionalism. Professionalism is hard to come by, just wanted to let her know she is appreciated!
As previous reviews state, the wait was longer than expected to be called back, BUT, in our case, we were there as a precaution to get a bump checked on our toddler after she hit her head, so really not a big deal since she was acting normal. Still five stars! The gals at the front desk were incredibly kind, the nurse & NP just as wonderful! Very informative & thorough. Great staff, great personalities- highly recommend!!!!!
Note: This “urgent care” actually bills as an Emergency Room. I received a huge bill for a one hour trip to this urgent care, saw that they billed it as an ER visit and figured it was a mistake. After several hours on the phone with SSM billing and my insurance company (sometimes both on conference), I’ve learned that the code they use to bill insurance is recognized as an ER code by some (most?) insurance companies.
