As previous reviews state, the wait was longer than expected to be called back, BUT, in our case, we were there as a precaution to get a bump checked on our toddler after she hit her head, so really not a big deal since she was acting normal. Still five stars! The gals at the front desk were incredibly kind, the nurse & NP just as wonderful! Very informative & thorough. Great staff, great personalities- highly recommend!!!!!
Note: This “urgent care” actually bills as an Emergency Room. I received a huge bill for a one hour trip to this urgent care, saw that they billed it as an ER visit and figured it was a mistake. After several hours on the phone with SSM billing and my insurance company (sometimes both on conference), I’ve learned that the code they use to bill insurance is recognized as an ER code by some (most?) insurance companies. My insurance company (Cigna) asked them repeatedly to resubmit as an urgent care claim and SSM refused, sayin... read more
My kids have been coming here a few years now. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The staff are professional and knowledgeable.
Prompt and professional.
Unacceptable to wait for over an hour with a 2 year old in a little room to be seen. Had to get up and leave because my son would not stop crying. Understaffed maybe? Shouldn’t have to wait that long. Very unhappy parent and toddler
