I have been trying to start outpatient services for my daughter but there is no answer or call back on the intake line. We were told that they almost never answer and they don't know when someone will call back. We are desperately trying to get services started.

If you are stressed, have medical conditions ( including cancer) of any kind, for the sake of your health. DO NOT work here...employee's with little power, hold this above your head while they bully you and HR doesn't give a DAMN, so good luck filling complaints. It's a big sand box with snotty nose, over grown funny looking kids (now adults) who LOVE DRAMA and base their lives off of making other people feel less than.
