They refused to doing anything for my mom accept fill prescription and take vitals. The nurse yelled and threaten my dad several times. Please check other hospice companies because you will find out you will get 100% better service with other companies.
Nurses were scheduled to come out 3 times per week from my brother’s discharged date April 8th and provide us with supplies. To this day, they’ve only been out twice and still no supplies. Called their office for an update to only be advised that they’ll need to reach out to the nurse that did the last visit instead of trying to find a resolution.
So far the nurses are really nice. I wish they could supply you with gloves!! I feel like that's a pretty necessary supply... maybe not for the patient themselves, but for the person who is actually taking care of them. The under pads rip so easily also. And there was supposed to be a nurse that came out to give a bath Mon., Wed., Fri. She came Friday, but come Monday was a no call no show!? On Monday, she VERY much needed a bath!!!
I tried to call and setup home health. Instead of listening to the needs, I get told the doctor needs to send orders over and the person I spoke to would only argue. I can only imagine what kind of service this company provides. Thanks for revealing yourself before I signed up with your service.
