Buyer beware. My experience with Sleep Specialists Management, LLC was disappointing enough that I chose to seek care elsewhere. Beware of this company they will over charge you..I had to call my insurance company to see how much I was supposed to pay..my insurance company told me my portion was $20.02..SSM charged me $200.22. My insurance company called SSM and left a very detailed message never heard from them until I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my $180.20 back
The headband gave me a large welt on my forehead that is still here even after a week. I messaged the company and they seemed pretty unconcerned and just said I could go see my practitioner if I wanted to, which after paying for this test isn’t something I can do. The man who delivered my test was very kind and informative but I wouldn’t recommend or redo this test.
Mark was my tech and delivery guy. Can’t say enough good things about him! He is on time, and lets you know the day before when he’ll be at your house. He was knowledgeable and gave me great instructions on what to do and what to expect when wearing the device. I added a pic of me wearing the device in case you’re wondering what it looks like.
