Perfect service! Nice people! My heater stopped working, about 2 weeks of below freezing temperatures and crazy prices, I thought I'd look into it myself. After watching some youtube videos and troubleshooting what might be wrong with it I realized I couldn't fix it. I thought I'd have to replace the whole heater, I called SS&L and they told me it was a circuit board. The boss himself, Lynn came out to replace it. Very fast, and he saved me so much money in comparison to alot of other companies I called.
The person who came out was courteous. However to get a new unit was on the highest end of the Internet estimates and we called another place and it was almost $2000 cheaper for a slightly bigger unit.
