We recently stayed at a Saint Simons Rental LLC property for a week and had an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the elevator was not working—something that made the stay especially difficult with two elderly family members in our group. Despite reporting it, the issue was never fixed during our entire stay. On top of that, the freezer broke early in the week, resulting in the loss of hundreds of dollars’ worth of food.
