I was harassed by a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair at the University of Calgary. I reported this and instead of having any process followed I was repeatedly asked for my consent to have my complaint looked at. This was done by both the Director of Institutional Programs and Tri-Agency Institutional Programs Secretariat over the course of 6 months. After being harassed out of my education by multiple people, including a Tier 2 Research Chair at the University of Calgary, I tried to file a complaint with the SSHRC, who oversee this. Instead of having my complaint heard, I was repeatedly asked whether I consent to having my complaint heard only to have nothing but silence from the SSHRC.
