HORRID experience. I highly recommend you stay away especially if you want your firearms shipped safely. My husband and I took his guns to SSG Tactical to be shipped as he's on military orders out of state. They failed to package the guns correctly, and all of the guns were destroyed. There was a giant hole in the box, which had later been retaped by USPS -- it's miraculous my husband's handgun was still in the box after all of that. I had the pleasure of meeting Steve he is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable he showed me many firearms he was patient let me get a feel in what was more comfortable to me. Walked in and was completely ignored by the, at least 6, employees. With only 3 customers in the store I don’t understand why. I have my CCW so I can and I do purchase 2-3 firearms per month. I’m not a browser. I am currently collecting 1st-3rd gen S&W semi-autos. They had 2 .40cal TSW police trade-ins, one with a rail and one without. I would have purchased both of them given the opportunity. I even said good afternoon to one of the gentleman behind the counter and was met with a grunt.

Although the store is nice and the Inventory is plentiful the service I had on 5/23/20 was horrible and at one point I felt fear and discouraged..there is an employee who flew off the handle and cursed two black customers...yelled at them and told them to get out...if the reason was justified fine but I feel like that could've been handled totally different and with respect...after all the customers weren't stealing or loud or rude in any way shape or form..when I asked the employee for help after he had finally calmed down ... read more
