The reason I gave a one star instead of zero is because it cannot go lower than 1. The owner was extremely unprofessional and has no customer service skills. He was insulting when he was the one that made a mistake. I was price checking and getting information about equipment. I did not place an order nor did I agree or sign anything agreeing to purchase equipment.
