Celeste has done a couple of refi closings for us over the years. They've always gone very smoothly. I don't think we've ever met anyone as thoroughly enthusiastic about the business as Celeste. She is extremely conscientious and detail-oriented.
SSD provides a quick and easy remote settlement at a lower cost than the bigger brand title & escrow companies. Celeste and her team did a great job keeping me informed along the way and explaining the closing documents in detail at settlement. Highly recommend!!
