Celeste has done a couple of refi closings for us over the years. They've always gone very smoothly. I don't think we've ever met anyone as thoroughly enthusiastic about the business as Celeste. She is extremely conscientious and detail-oriented.
SSD provides a quick and easy remote settlement at a lower cost than the bigger brand title & escrow companies. Celeste and her team did a great job keeping me informed along the way and explaining the closing documents in detail at settlement. Highly recommend!!
In 2023 I worked with Celeste and SSD Title and Escrow on the sale of a rental property. My realtor of course had a firm that she and I had worked with however as a former realtor myself and having worked with Celeste Weinstein years ago I decided I wanted to have someone who knew me and was dedicated to my personal success and not just another monthly transaction. I used Celeste and her team in November to close a construction loan to a permanent mortgage. They made the whole process seamless for me and also helped me to save money on certain costs that I otherwise would have paid for having no knowledge of what they were. They are very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
