Jerry was an hour late for the first appointment. Did not call to say he was delayed. Estimate not complete (not certain he knows how to create one) and did not have renderings of what he was going to do in the way of installation. The incomplete estimates were only delivered after I had to contact him on two more occasions to deliver. When asked for a more realistic estimate, he declined to do the work. Very unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend Jerry or his company.
