Today I had my second (and last) horrible experience with SSC: My appointment was at 3pm. At 12:30pm, I left to take my dog to an appointment, and two random guys were standing on my front steps. Neither was wearing anything with "SSC" on it, and there was no company vehicle in site. As I tried to walk by them, one said something about windows. I said my windows were being cleaned at 3pm. Scheduled triple glass slider cleaning first week of December in prep for Christmas tree to be placed in that area. Unfortunately the windows were left streaked and unsightly. Sent photos and have had back and forth text with their office which stated they should have mentioned with the cold snap window cleaner would not work well. SSC Services has gone down hill dramatically since the first time we used them. Receptionist don't even know what they are booking. I was told my roof and my deck would be cleared of snow. I asked where possible NOT to shovel snow onto the deck. They completely covered our small back deck in snow. I was quoted a price for both, now they say it was for just the roof. Will not use this service again an do not recommend!!
