Very good product and very helpful they took care of me on a caliper that was actually about five months out of #Warranty. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.
Called them and got a recommendation for a kit number that was supposed to fit my vehicle. The kit was incorrect and I ended up paying $200 to ship it back. Turns out they don’t have a kit for my vehicle and they said they wouldn’t refund my $200 to ship it back, but they refunded the purchase price and original shipping. Now I’m out $200 and don’t have any parts. Make 1000% sure what you’re ordering is correct because they won’t pay for return shipping even if it’s their fault.
Do not trust this terrible company! They DO NOT stand behind their products and their warranty is more useless than dirty, wet toilet paper. I purchased 3 kits from them and so far, two have had defects within a few months and 5k miles - yet they obviously DON'T care. Buy elsewhere from a company who actually stands behind their products.
Just read all the other, many, 1-star reviews to get the best idea of how terrible this company is! Don't waste your time nor your money on their JUNK! Go buy from a quality company like Baer or Wilwood!
I purchased three big brake kits for my Sierra 3500 and my wife's Yukon XL. Within 5,000 miles, the front rotors on my Sierra 3500 warped and they refused to cover the cost for replacement. They insisted I ship them back so they can test them, then, if they deem me worth, replacement rotors will be shipped. Seems like a LOT of wasted time for simple, warped rotors (which ended up costing me $250 to replace with other rotors of much, much higher quality).
