Horrendous experience booking an appointment. Me and my friend had a Groupon and tried to book service at the same time, so the first time she cancelled was an hour before the appointment, she told us she had to cancel because there was some issue at the building. We rescheduled to the following week at the same time. So my friend travels from Washington Heights, imagine the travel time and tolls to get to Astoria. Don’t recommend.
There is a reason this place has such poor reviews. Just the act of making an appointment was a hassle, having to follow up with them, and them clearly not know their own schedule. I arrived the day my appointment was booked, was ringing the doorbell waiting, and ended up having to call to see what was going on. I was then told that no one was there, they were technically closed, and had to talk about the proof texts confirming the appointment for them to believe me, because she started saying my appointment probably wasn’t ... read more
