Horrendous experience booking an appointment. Me and my friend had a Groupon and tried to book service at the same time, so the first time she cancelled was an hour before the appointment, she told us she had to cancel because there was some issue at the building. We rescheduled to the following week at the same time. So my friend travels from Washington Heights, imagine the travel time and tolls to get to Astoria. There is a reason this place has such poor reviews. Just the act of making an appointment was a hassle, having to follow up with them, and them clearly not know their own schedule. I arrived the day my appointment was booked, was ringing the doorbell waiting, and ended up having to call to see what was going on. I was then told that no one was there, they were technically closed, and had to talk about the proof texts confirming the appointment for them to believe me, because she started saying my appointment probably wasn’t ... read more
This place is the biggest scam ever. Unprofessional, Unorganized, Lack customer service and work ethics. Will cut your session short bc they are short staffed and say they’ll give a free whatever and some package deal. Said to leave a down payment and will get a refund if i change my mind but now im left scammed and short $100 for a service i never received. Awful x1000000. Needs to go out of business.
this place is a scam! don't even bother. she canceled on me due to her landlord fixing up the place, she booked me herself for new appts. she will not answer your calls and texts! she said she will give me the address for the spa, she never did. so what does a normal person do? they go on the website and get the address from there! that's what i did and drove all the way to long island bc that's what the address says on the spa website.
