They don't listen. Think twice before trusting this shop! Here is my experience to help you make a decision. The first time I visited the shop, I came in for an IID install and a brake inspection. I asked the mechanic to inspect my brakes. Several hours later, he told me that he had plugged in the diagnostic computer, and I had so many problems he didn't know where to start.
