All the nurses and other Staff are very nice, I want to emphasize that , before I go to the less pleasant . I was not told that I had to pay almost 400$ each treatment out of my own pocket after medicare payments. I was told each visit when I asked if I had outstanding payments ,that there non . There is a disconnect between the billing department an d the office in Chula vista . I want to add that in my case the visual effects of the 4 treatments I received did not show any improvement.
The Staff, Dr. Included are wonderful. Their office is really nice and clean and there was no waiting.
My husband had a below knee amputation and was treated by Dr. Salloum after another surgeon’s mess up. We trust him completely and when my husband began having issues with his good leg 9-1/2 years later, we went back. Dr. Salloum and his staff are wonderful.
Dr. Salloum and Staff, You all are amazing, I felt cared about and I know I am in good hands. For the first time in almost 2 years I have hope that I am going to get answers to my issues, and maybe soon I will have ankles again rather than KANKLES, I am always so embarrassed by the swelling and dry skin on my feet, but I was treated as if it were normal, I felt comfortable.
