This place is a dump. I took my truck there to get the spark plugs changed and they broke a wire. When I called to complain, they told me that's how I brought it in and that they had a picture. I went to see the picture because obviously it wasn't true. It turns out the guy who did the work quit. What a coincidence. Great customer service by all the employees, convenient oil changes in and out.
We checked out Rick and his team due to the good reviews, my daughter was having issues with her vehicle. Rick and his team were very pleasant and upfront about the service…after all said and done they fixed her struts, wheel bearing, cross arm and brakes. Rick communicated very well throughout the process and the car was fixed in a wonderful timely manner. The car is running amazing and we are glad we went with S&S!
