I’ve taken my Toyota tundra to SS Tire Auto 3 times. Each time I was met with respect, honesty and efficient but effective repairs. As a woman I fear being scammed and up-charged. However, Richard “Rick” Garcia, and crew, have continuously created a comfortable environment and relayed all issues with understandable terminology. This has become the only auto shop me and my husband trust with our vehicles, & eventually will be where we bring our kids cars!
Today I went to Tire SS Auto and spoke with Ricardo Garcia, the manager. He came to fix my tail light, but it turned out it was just loose. He tightened it for me and didn’t charge anything. I’m really grateful and thankful for Tire SS Auto.

I took my 2003 lowered Tahoe on 22in wheels in this morning 8/16. Great people, great attitude. Friendly environment. All the workers that came in and saw me sitting there greeted me Good morning. I didn't get the guys name but i think i heard someone say Chris. I asked him how much for an alignment. He said it might be a while, but then he said "you know what? We can make it work right now." GREAT! Thanks. Got my truck on the alignment machine quick. While looking at my suspension they stated a needed a few things replaced.... read more
