Poor communication from the top down. I spoke with Justen in late October 2024 regarding some motor work on an 82 F100 and was given a quote. At that time, I paid my $278 deposit to get on the wait list and was told, by Justen, that it wouldn't be a problem getting me in before the end of the year. I was assured that communication was key for S&S and I would be updated every step of the way.
