It took me 3 months of waiting for this company to do my house. From May to August, I sent 5 texts checking on my status. The week and my 5th text to him since May was “which day will you be at my house next week”? The reply was “can you get somebody else, I’m sick and you’re driving me crazy”! I can’t EVER imagine telling a customer that, EVER. That statement was not warranted for ANY reason even if I texted him 5 times a day. Owner reached out and I will update this review in a few weeks to come?
All work was done a professional manner. I needed to replace gutters from the ice storm. Excellent job! AAA+ recommendation.
