A friend referred them to us and we made the call. Talk to the owner and he looked and agreed we needed new rooftop, he highly recommended what's called architectural shingles. It's a little bit more cost BUT well worth the price, he also takes the opportunity He puts new vent roofs and new side metal flashing along the edges of the house as well, replacing the original one, which was since 1996.
