I purchased a house in east haven that this company renovated. The workmanship is awful and we have had to fix more things than I can list, which has cost $8,000+...and that doesn’t include cosmetics, because they have no design sense and use really cheap materials. Not one of my better business dealings and recommend no one use this company.
I had a new roof installed with a lifetime guarantee. After a short period of time some shingles fell off. Scott came out and replaced the shingles. Now two years later I've lost a few more shingles and I've left numerous messages at the office. No one has addressed my problem after 3 phone calls. clearly S&S does not stand for service and satisfaction.
