I hired this company in December 2023 to fix a leak in my bathroom. I paid £3,000 for what was presented as a complete solution — including rerouting pipes, retiling, and building a new shower surround. However, the leak was never properly fixed. Since then, I’ve continued to experience mould growth, flaking paint, and signs of water damage to the same area.
