I am very disappointed with my experience. I hired this company to resolve a pest issue, but after multiple treatments, I continued to see active bug activity. The biggest frustration has been the lack of communication. I have made several attempts to contact the company for follow-up service and scheduling, but responses have been inconsistent or nonexistent.
