Poor customer service. Didn't listen to request after several attempts. Rude & made me feel very rushed. This place has gone down hill since Abby & Kai left.
Very very disappointed. My appointment for a new set was rushed and the photos speak for themselves. I will never be coming back here. I don’t know how they let me walk out of the salon like this. Uneven tips and my thumbs look like toes.
used to come all the time when Abby and Kai owned S&S and they were amazing, Since being under new ownership, now, I have noticed a major decline in not only the products but the services and their customer service as well. My mom went one day after getting A pedicure to change the nail color and was told that she would have to pay over $30 to change the color! I will 100% never be returning!
Last time I went DK did a tremendous job so I scheduled an appointment for him this time when I got there he was working on somebody else and didn’t get done with that person for 45 minutes so they apparently just ignore your appointment and take anybody that walks in so another girl did my nails and while she did a decent job I had to have her clean up all the extra polish that was on my skin. Do not like the change in ownership. They put just one coat of polish.
