Christopher was RELENTLESS in helping us with our A/C issue. He looked EVERYWHERE for a control board that he was confident was the solution. One located (the “where” was pretty obscure), he knew what to do, what to order, and what to do with part when it arrived. AND he happily worked with our warranty folks to get it approved and paid there. Stellar marks!
Charles and his son are a pleasure to work with! I’ve had them work on my camper twice now and both times have been a good experience. I would highly recommend using them for any camper/RV issues. Very reasonably priced!!
