I don’t often write reviews but probably should more. I had an incredible experience with this company today. We were doing a job about an hour from our office and had a water hose fitting break. I just knew I would have to call a tow truck, lose most of the day dealing with all of that, and still have to send another truck up to pick up our trailer and UTV. Chris is a model employee. He is one of the last honest mechanics out there.
SnS mobile mechanics were fabulous! Unfortunately, the part needed to repair was not available and we are traveling through. They diagnosed our VW Beetle fan issues and were more than helpful in providing the part numbers and information needed to get the part sent to our next destination. They were here for at least two hours doing a thorough diagnostic, and didn’t charge us for their time.
I thought it was my water pump and their mechanic came out in the cold and rain, he ran a diagnostic and discovered that it was actually the heater control valve. He got it fixed! I highly recommend them!
