DO NOT come here! Lady in the office is extremely rude. We were told to go here to pick a Uhaul truck and she refused to let us pick up our reservation. She said her trucks were dirty and needed to be cleaned. She also said that checking out the Uhaul for the amount of days would lose business for her. Mind you, this is NOT her Uhaul truck, Uhaul customer service confirmed that with us prior to her getting crazy with us. Uhaul just stores the truck on her storage property. I don’t typically write reviews, but this experience was so awful that I feel compelled to warn potential customers—DO NOT use this location. Trust me. The woman at the front desk (Patty, as mentioned in other negative reviews) was shockingly rude and unprofessional. As someone who runs a large company, I was genuinely taken aback by her complete lack of customer service and outright hostility. Hi everyone.! The person who runs this business by name Patty, on 10/26/24 offered me the worst experience renting a U-Haul truck. She didn't wanted to rent me the truck just because I pointed out that the truck's tank wasn't full, as the paperwork indicated. She took the truck keys off of me and told me "to look somewhere else because she wouldn't rent it to me." I don't understand how the owner allows a person like her, run this business. The lady has a horrible attitude, shes cranky, grouchy and rude. You have to give a whole month notice to vacate your storage, if you're one day off they'll force you to pay the next month.
