I don’t typically write reviews, but this experience was so awful that I feel compelled to warn potential customers—DO NOT use this location. Trust me. The woman at the front desk (Patty, as mentioned in other negative reviews) was shockingly rude and unprofessional. As someone who runs a large company, I was genuinely taken aback by her complete lack of customer service and outright hostility. Hi everyone.! The person who runs this business by name Patty, on 10/26/24 offered me the worst experience renting a U-Haul truck. She didn't wanted to rent me the truck just because I pointed out that the truck's tank wasn't full, as the paperwork indicated. She took the truck keys off of me and told me "to look somewhere else because she wouldn't rent it to me." I don't understand how the owner allows a person like her, run this business. The lady has a horrible attitude, shes cranky, grouchy and rude. You have to give a whole month notice to vacate your storage, if you're one day off they'll force you to pay the next month.
Had a great experience, very helpful and went out of her way to help us get a bigger truck at the last minute. Thank you so much!!!!
