If I could give their service department 0 stars I would. I took my boat down for diagnosis and minor repairs the first Saturday in June. I understand that's a busy time. They told me it would be a week before they would get to it. I said fine. When I didn't hear back I called to find out what was up. They said it'd be another week. And, then another, and another... 4th of July weekend and I'm going to pick it up and take it to another mechanic. Pathetic place. 3 bad experiences out of 1 phone call and 2 different visits. 100% fail. I will never go there again which sucks because they are the closest boat place to me. They are not willing to help with much (perhaps they are understaffed?) they try and send you back home to some website they don't even own to look up part numbers and info. the website they send you to has better prices too, and they won't match the price. how stupid can they get sending you to a competitor to do their dirty work. I agree with the other two 1 star reviews. Really bad customer service. I was looked down on and treated as a stupid woman who doesnt know anything about boats. Very frustrating because they couldnt answer any of my questions correctly and acted like they wanted me to leave.
The employees were very friendly and were able to answer all of my boating questions. Everyone I talked to was very knowledgable and fair.
