We rented a limo bus for a bachelorette party and had a very concerning safety issue that I feel others should be aware of. At one point during the trip, the driver attempted to cross train tracks when the gates were down and a train was coming. For a period of time, we were unable to move off the tracks, which was extremely dangerous and frightening for everyone on board. I’m so happy I had went through S&S limo services! Bryan was just extremely amazing he packed the limo for us girls! He let us change our first destination and was just all around amazing! We forgot a speaker and there was an issue with the radio . He went above and beyond when he dropped us off at our first destination and went and purchased a speaker for us to you for the night ! Amazing company, Best Party bus and limo options in NY ! Cassie is great
I was interested in booking with them and had discussed with them over email. I needed to change the time of my event and asked them for a new quote. They said if I booked within the week, they would honor the original quote. Then, when I called them to move forward with the booking they rescinded the offer and went back on their word. We ended up booking with another service that had much better customer service and honored their words.
