I hired S&S to do a quick job for my Moms rental property after my original contractors did not finish the job properly. Shain and his crew came in and I told them what I wanted: fix my basement quick, at a good cheap price since it was a rental of an old home. What I was thinking is not what Shain suggested. He gave better ideas to get the job done at a lower price than what I expected and did the job faster than my original contractor.
