I had Mr. Bryan come out to do a downspout repair on a commercial building, as I am doing several renovation projects to this building, and was by far very upset with the outcome of the work done. He was asked to run two down spouts, which consisted of one from the bottom of the gutter, and the other from the 90 next to the soffit.
